Approach
Change is hard and not always linear. We come to therapy for many different reasons and needs - some conscious, some unconscious. My approach as a therapist is to be a witness, offering guidance to each individual’s unique intersectional identity and life experience with compassion, validation, and honesty.
We are all messy and flawed human beings. Through a psychodynamic lens, I am committed to exploring how your unique background and personal narrative inform how you show up and move through the world.
We all come to therapy searching for the elusive - whether it’s healing, acceptance, or navigating difficult relationships or moments - in order to gain personal meaning, self-acceptance, and greater resilience. Therapy is a self-cultivation tool to empower each of us, through this dynamic therapeutic relationship, driven by the client and supported by the therapist.
